Greater Lansing Housing Coalition

Greater Lansing Housing Coalition (GLHC) was founded in 1989 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development corporation. To date, GLHC has renovated and sold over 185 single-family homes to low income first time homebuyers, built over 130 accessibility ramps for low income seniors and adults with permanent disabilities, lent over 400 tools to local residents and community groups, and facilitated over 500 home DIY classes. GLHC is a member of the Ingham County Continuum of Care and currently provides over 100 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless and chronically homeless individuals and families, seniors, and persons with mental health issues.
